If you sign up for our e-mail newsletter, we collect your first name, email address, and geographic location. This is for the purpose of communicating with you via email.

You can unsubscribe from our e-mail list at any time. In each e-mail you receive, you will be provided with an Unsubscribe link in the footer of the email. You can also contact us directly at support@ubeillin.com to unsubscribe. If you choose to unsubscribe, you will no longer receive any emails from us. We will also permanently delete your information from our database.

Contact Forms
If you contact us via any of our Contact Us forms we keep your customer service inquiry to better assist other customers in the future and to have a record of your correspondence should you experience any further technical concerns. We do not use the information submitted through the contact form for marketing purposes unless specifically requested by you. Any contact you have with the Ube Illin' team via email will be stored securely on our chosen email provider and may be shared within the Ube Illin' team. Everyone who works at Ube Illin' has an email address ending in @ubeillin.com for your security. Never email open attachments, or provide information to anyone at Ube Illin' if they do not use this email alias.

Shopping on ubeillin.com
We do not store bank or credit card information on ubeillin.com. If you make a purchase on our website store, all purchasing transactions are directed through secure processing system third-party providers Shop Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal for secure payment. When submitting an order, you are of course required to include your shipping address and contact information like e-mail and telephone number. We retain this information in a secure database for record-keeping purposes. Personal information like phone number or e-mail address may be used to contact you in the event of an issue with your order. How Long We Retain Your Data
